Your order remains the responsibility of Sarah’s Cake Shop until it has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Any claims with Royal Mail will be handled directly by us.

Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery on your selected delivery date. If Royal Mail attempts delivery and no one is available: • It is the customer’s responsibility to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel from the local depot. • We cannot be held responsible for deterioration of perishable goods due to missed deliveries. • If a parcel is returned to us, re-delivery charges may apply.

Customers are responsible for providing a full and accurate delivery address at the time of ordering. Sarah’s Cake Shop cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.

As our products are freshly baked and perishable, we are unable to accept returns once items have been dispatched. Refunds or replacements will only be offered where goods arrive damaged or faulty, and we must be notified within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence where possible.

While we use Royal Mail tracked services, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by postal delays outside of our control.
