All postal orders are dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.Orders must be placed in advance to meet these dispatch days. We do not post on weekends or bank holidays.

All postal boxes are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24. While this service aims to deliver within 24 hours, this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail and delays may occasionally occur which are outside of our control.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the recipient will be available to receive the parcel. A safe place or suitable drop-off location must be provided when ordering. We do not take responsibility for: • Failed deliveries • Incorrect addresses provided • Parcels left in safe places • Parcels delayed by the courier • Parcels not collected from delivery offices Once the order has been dispatched, the parcel is the responsibility of the courier service.

Our cakes and brownies are baked fresh to order. On arrival, products should be stored in a cool, dry place and consumed within the recommended time stated on the box.

All products are made in a kitchen that handles the following allergens: Gluten, Wheat, Milk, Eggs, Soya, Nuts, Peanuts, Sesame, and Sulphites. Although care is taken to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens. Our products are not suitable for customers with severe allergies. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies before ordering.

We take great care in packaging our postal boxes to ensure they arrive safely. We are not responsible for damage caused during transit, but if there is an issue please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and contents and we will review each case individually.

During warm weather, we cannot guarantee that products will not soften in transit. By ordering postal bakes, you accept this risk.
